Hop on the inaugural flight from Stansted to Kaliningrad on the 23rd of October to take advantage of one of the lowest prices we’ve ever seen to Russia!
Pobeda announced earlier this month they would be adding new European routes, including two from the UK: London to St Petersburg and Kaliningrad. The latter offers prices as low as £24 both ways, making it the cheapest route between Russia and any European country.
Undeniably Russian, but different from any other place in the country, Kaliningrad has traces of its Prussian and German past on every corner. Walk around and discover the remaining Brandenburg Gate, the Fishing Village or the philosopher Kant’s tomb.
If in time, why not take a day trip into Lithuania passing the Curonian Lagoon, a truly remarkable setting home to massive sand dunes and the Dancing Forest, with bizarre crooked tree trunks.
